"In representing us during the purchase of a vacation home, Jim Eberle was unfailingly knowledgeable, patient, and polite. He always provided balanced assessments of the houses we examined and was more than tolerant–welcoming, in fact–when family members tagged along to add their two cents. He went down into the crawl space of the house we ultimately purchased more times than anyone should have to, and he was both patient and persistence when an issue required investigation with local officials and thoughtful mediation between buyer and seller.
